We aim to dispatch 1-5 working days after receiving your order, please visit our shipping page to see estimated delivery times.
My product is faulty or I have received something different to what I ordered, what do I do?
Please contact us as soon as possible at helpatenajewelry@gmail.com. Please tell us your order number, what you were supposed to have received and a photograph of what you received from us. If you item is faulty, please contact us with a photograph of the faulty item.
My order is lost/stolen, what do I do?

I have entered the wrong delivery address, how do I change it?
Please contact us as soon as possible at helpatenajewelry@gmail.com and provide us with your order number and the new address you would like your order to be sent to. If you provide this after your order has been dispatched will we be unable to change this.
